Purpose

Start designing wireframes for Project 2. Practice giving constructive feedback to classmates' designs. Incorporate feedback to continuously improve one's design.


Instructions

  1. In Figma, open the PROJECT - Desktop Wireframes page in Unit 2 Files to build a wireframe for your Project 2 homepage.
  2. Once your wireframe is complete, go into the new team in Figma that contains the Week 7: Wireframe Feedback FigJam.
  3. Follow the instructions in FigJam to complete the activity.

Submission

  1. Open the Week 7 folder in Blackboard
  2. Click on the Wireframe Feedback (FigJam) submission link.
  3. In the Comments box, type Done.
  4. Click Submit.

Grading Criteria

Points Possible: 8

  • Wireframe: Wireframe is in black and white, contains actual text where appropriate, and does not include images. Demonstrates a thoughtful and meaningful consideration of the user experience. The finished design is consistent, polished, and realistic, with enough detail to indicate the purpose of each user interface element. (4 pts)

  • Feedback: Demonstrates analysis of group members' wireframes; provides helpful suggestions on how to improve the design and supports group members with valuable feedback in the form of "I like..., because", "I wish..., because", and "I wonder..., because" statements have been used. (4 pts)
